As we began moving ourselves across the nation in preparation to leave the nation - we were able to stay in Denver for a couple more nights and spend our last nights in Colorado with some of our closest friends. After finishing up the last of our moving tasks we made plans with a group to head to Avantis Denver – a modern day cafeteria where they are constantly rotating thru a variety of food trucks. Located inside a large industrial building – Avantis has two bars one upstairs with two food options and another bar downstairs where four other food option exist. The different food options are each built into the shipping containers inside the warehouse space making this bi level cafeteria one of the most modern eating conglomerations I have seen in a minute.
A very happening place (the excitement of this new place kept a line out the door – one in and one out like a nightclub) we made sure to explore the different levels and to peek at all delicious offerings before selecting the food. Grab a drink and take one of the menus at the entrance that describes each food truck / food stand so you can begin reading about the different flavors that Avantis has to offer.
Be sure to save room for desert because out back of Avanti’s is a special treat all the way from New Zealand.
